Shipping + Returns
 

Payment is via our checkout page. We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. Just follow the instructions on checkout.

We have two shipping options at checkout.

Free shipping with NO TRACKING.

$10 flat rate per order with EXPRESS POST. This option can take 2-5 days to arrive.

We ship within 2 days of purchase. And Australia Post is our chosen shipping method. Please note that due the Covid pandemic sometimes shipping can be delayed.

Better packing Co is our packaging for shipping. Completely recyclable, even reusable.

All of our packaging is recycled or compostable packaging by Better Packing Company to reduce waste and lessen landfill.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between business hours, excluding Victorian and Australian public holidays.

Availability of products is not guaranteed as some materials are limited.

If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed we will notify you via email or telephone.
